Raffle Terms & Conditions

Celebrity Golf Tournament Raffle

Eligibility
- Open to U.S. residents aged 18 and older.
- Employees or contractors of Darts Only Golf and affiliated partners are not eligible.

Entry Fee
- Each raffle entry is $25.
- A maximum of four (4) entries per person is allowed.
- Entries must be submitted and paid by 11:59 PM PT on September 14, 2025.

How to Enter
- Entries must be made via the official entry form: https://buy.stripe.com/aFa6oIdTr5bn6yd3CI2ZO1A.
- Payment must be completed at the time of entry to be valid.

Prize Details
- Two (2) individual winners will be selected.
- Each winner will receive one (1) individual playing spot in the GMoney Celebrity Golf Tournament on September 29, 2025 at Palos Verdes Golf Club.
- Prize includes:
  - Round of golf with a celebrity/influencer.
  - Premium swag bag
  - On-course food and beverage
  - Access to event activations
- Estimated retail value: $1,000+ per winner.

Winner Selection & Notification
- Winners will be drawn at random on September 15, 2025.
- Winners will be contacted via email and/or phone within 48 hours.
- If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

No Refunds
- All entries are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.

Event Participation
- Winners are responsible for their own transportation to/from the event.
- Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Publicity Release
- By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and any event photos/videos in promotional materials without additional compensation.

General Conditions
- Darts Only Golf reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the raffle for any reason.
- In the event of tournament changes or cancellation, alternative arrangements may be considered but are not guaranteed.
